New Brewery Opens in Sisters, Oregon

Sisters, a nice little town on the way to Bend, just opened its first brewery. Three Creeks Brewing, as reported by The Oregonian's John Foyston, notified him it is now open for business seven days a week from 11 to 11. The brewery kicks things off with three brews initially, including an "India Black Ale." The facility, set in what is described as a "warm and rustic" setting, includes a full dining area. It reads like it is a great addition to the Oregon beer scene - here's to hoping it actually puts out great beers...
