The Immortal Ale is a Northwest interpretation of a classic English style, golden copper in color and loaded with New World hop flavor and aroma.
The Perseus Porter is a wine-dark beer, extremely drinkable and of medium weight. It is slightly smoky with black and chocolate malts; bittered with Columbus and finished with German Northern Brewer hops.
Dragonstooth Stout is a smooth and sturdy stout, made with 10% rolled oats, roasted barley and chocolate malt. Bittered with Chinook; finished with Cascade and Columbus hops.
Tastings happen every Wednesday from 5-7pm at Full Throttle Bottles. Only $4 at the register.
