Craft Beer and Culinary Bites on St. Patrick’s Day at Palace Ballroom

Beer lovers can rejoice in a new tradition on St. Patrick’s Day by attending a tasting of local Washington artisan beers paired with perfectly poised bite size snacks prepared by Chef Warren Peterson at the Palace Ballroom on March 17th from 5pm-8pm.

Festivities will begin with a rousing performance by the Fireman’s Pipe and Drum Corps.
Most styles of small batch beers are meant to be enjoyed while young and fresh. Attendees can do just that as they also enjoy food pairings prepared by Chef Warren Peterson. Food selections will include pulled pork, espresso pudding and beef mole. Attendees will have the opportunity to move from table to table while talking to brewers and sampling food and beers. The participating brewers include: Scuttlebutt, Boundary Bay, Hale’s, Georgetown, Issaquah, Maritime, Pike, Baron and Big Al’s.

Tickets are $35.00 per person plus tax. For reservations contact Christy or call 206.448.2001. Picture ID will be required at the door.
